COVID-19 Prevention Policy
On Returns and Refunds:
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
However, due to oversaturations or delays due to any extraordinary cases, like pandemics, all shipments may be delayed for up to 15-30 days after the purchase was made.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The vendor must pay for the return of the item to its store location, if the product does not fit the physical and aesthetic characteristics of the purchased item shown on our store.
On Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and payed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours post-purchase. However if extraordinary measures are made, like a pandemic. Your order may not be subjected for a refund if there's a delay imposed on your item shipping, and if the item is already confirmed in our distribution center. If on the contrary, your refund will be available within 5 business days.

All products (including food and beverages) are cleansed and dissinfected by with the means to maintain quality and safeguard your health as a customer.
